Fat Monk – Deli Bowls is part of the Austrian gastro-family of Josef Donhauser, who, with full conviction and passion, developed an urban, healthy yet fast bowl concept together with his team – offering guests far more than just the classic avocado and edamame.
At Fat Monk, you’ll find not only extravagant and creative ingredients but also outstanding product quality and a seasonal menu that keeps things exciting and ever-changing.
It wasn’t all that long ago that our very first Fat Monk opened its doors at Vienna’s Westbahnhof in 2018. Shortly after, we already counted 8 stores in Vienna, 2 in Munich, and 1 in Salzburg – simply because we couldn’t get enough of our own bowls 😉.
Eleven Fat Monks are amazing, but we’re hungry for more – much more! That’s why we want to grow together with franchise partners, expand into new markets, and become the market leader in the bowl segment.
